What is sisterhood?

It is an unbreakable bond that is shared between every member. Tri Sigma has the strongest sisterhood on campus.  

With Sigma, the bonds that are created will last a lifetime.  Sisterhood is not just for college, it is for life. From bid day on, Tri Sigma is a family. 

There are many sisterhood events throughout each semester. A few examples are retreats, chapter dinners, family nights, sleepovers, craft nights, and trips. There is never a shortage of things to do in Sigma.

  The New Member Experience

The New Member orientation period is the 8-9 weeks between receiving a bid and being intiated into the sisterhood.  This time is very exciting and full of fun activities. Also, this time is for the new member to study the sorority's history, symbols, and songs.  The new member's meet weekly with the Vice President to make sure they learn everything they need to know before initiation.
